New Audio Components (NewAC) is a freeware set of components designed to perform sound recording, playback, conversion, and editing.
The main NewAC features include:
- Sound recording and playback.
- Encoding and decoding audio data in several formats (wav, mp3, Ogg Vorbis, FLAC, Monkey Audio).
- CD-ripping, CD playback.
- sound filtering, sample rate conversion.
- Sound editing and mixing.
The main goal of NewAC is to bring together several different codecs and sound processing libraries and to combine them into an easy to use Delphi framework.
